Update: Draft Uniform Torrens Title Act released for comment 

The Property Law Reform Alliance has released a draft Uniform Torrens Title Act for public comment.

The Property Law Reform Alliance endorsed the draft, prepared by Professor Peter Butt, in late 2011.

Comments will be accepted until 28 February, 2013.
